-Sales Associate

PT/FT

Description: Assist customers with putting together outfits. Display excellent customer service at all times. Maintain appearance of store through basic merchandising and completion of assigned cleaning tasks. Implementing constant loss prevention skills. Maintaining dressing rooms.

-Marketing Development

PT/Contract

Description: Works with information about community and local market to develop effective methods of advertising. Works closely with store manager to manage budget for advertising, improve sales, customer satisfaction and retention and broaden customer base. Maintain monthly mailers, feedback and increase effectiveness of promotions. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) a must.

- Campus / Community Events Coordinator

PT/Contract

Description: Stays up to date with any events taking place in community and campus. Effectively develop ways to keep store involved in entire community. Increase campus awareness of store and business via suggested promotions. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills a must. Must be organized and able to work with deadlines. Works closely with Marketing Development.

- Visual / Display Merchandiser

PT/FT/Contract

Description: Provides visually pleasing and comfortable shopping environment for customers. Use knowledge of fashion and merchandising to creatively set up displays and store front based on themes and/or current promotions. Uses space and material efficiently and creatively. Can effectively communicate budget to store manager in a timely manner and present ideas as requested. Must be able to work with deadlines. Excellent organizational and communication skills a must.

- Website Maintenance

PT/Contract

Description: Update website to coincide with ongoing and upcoming events at stores. Take pictures at both stores to place on website each week. Remove any expired content (ie. Sales, promotions, announcements) Change theme of site at the beginning of each month. Organize customer inquiries and direct them to proper staff in timely manner in order to maintain successful communication with customers. Post customer comments. Works closely with all associates to gather information for site. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) required.
